Supporting Our Community

At Timberline Glamping Company, we believe in giving back. Each year, we partner with local charities, schools, and churches to provide unique getaway experiences that can be raffled or auctioned off. We also contribute items for door prizes at charity events, striving to support our community as much as possible.

  • How can I request a donation?

    To request a donation, please fill out the form below. We accept requests from January 1st to April 30th each year.
  • When will donations be issued?

    Donations are reviewed by our committee, and recipients are announced the first week of June for that calendar year.

  • What types of donations do you offer?

    We provide local getaways for raffles, silent auction items, and door prizes for charity events.
  • Who can apply for a donation?

    We partner with local charities, schools, and churches that align with our values and mission.
  • Is there a limit to the number of requests?

    While we wish we could support every request, we have a limited number of donations each year due to high demand.
  • Do I need to reapply each year?

    Yes. Each year, the committee chooses from the applicants from that year only.
